

Reviving the long storied Halo MLG name of Darkest Hour, Talent seeks to lift the team to its former glory. Starting off the HCS 2024 season in Arlington, the team made an impressive run through the lower bracket to make it to Saturday.
As I learn UE5, I became inspired to create this preview for the 2024 HCS season. After starting the project over two times, one because for some reason the project corrupted 75% through the building process, I decided to keep going and continue challenging myself.
At HCS World Championship 2023, I got a chance to freelance for G1. Capturing the team's early success but ultimate defeat on Halo's largest stage. This is the shelved project that came to be.
Helping build an Esports program from the ground up isn't easy. Building an Esports program's content and marketing that is backed by the Army, complete uphill battle. But we pushed forward. Pushing the limit on what an official program inside the Army can do, create, and build a strong online presence.

FORCECON 22 was more than just a tournament - it was also an opportunity for members of the military community to come together, connect, and celebrate their shared love of gaming and Halo. We'll see some of the camaraderie and sportsmanship that was on display throughout the event, as soldiers from different branches cheered each other on and forged new friendships across the battlefield.
The U.S. Army Esports Warhammer 40,000 team attended Frontline Gaming's Las Vegas Teams 2021. As part of the International Tournament Circuit, this event was a great way to interact with the community as well as show the 40k circuit the competitive capability of our team.

Our 2nd time to PAX East was a momentous occasion for the U.S. Army Esports team. We hosted an Apex Pro///AM where members of the audience can play along and against our team. Also, Apex Legends team took 1st place in the Almost Pro Tournament!

CODE Bowl was a landmark event for USAE. The first of it's kind for the program, this event brought high profile streamers and U.S. Army gamers to the forefront.
For this project, I only had 1 day of shooting available. Thankfully, the public affairs office at Cyber Command provided some B-roll and the interview with the General in order for me to fully flesh out this feature on one of the Army's newest job specialties.
Shot at Eglin AFB Florida, I document the rigorous phases of the DOD's EOD training. The 44 week course would have been impossible to capture completely given the timeline of 3 days to shoot at Eglin. I decided to capture the aspects of the training that not many know are part of the EOD pipeline as well as interview some of the Army's newest Soldiers as they make their way through training.
Working on a tight timeline of 2 days to shoot, I produced this piece at Fort Liberty. Falling in on a rough script already provided, I shadowed a couple students and instructors to properly showcase this job specialty that is often shrouded in secrecy.
